I grew up eating and making this classic Amish macaroni salad.. This recipe is an authentic , classic and easy Amish recipe..  If you need a macaroni pasta side dish for any meal...this is perfect. Classic Authentic AMISH Macaroni Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 pd. cooked macaroni pasta
1/4 cup finely diced onion
2 stalks finely diced celery
3/4 cup finely diced dill pickles or sweet relish
4 large roughly chopped hard boiled eggs

Dressing:
2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. celery seed
*Mix above ingredients

Mix cooked macaroni pasta, onions, celery, pickles and eggs.
Pour dressing over top and mix to combine well.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
You can add more mayonnaise if you like to make creamier.
Enjoy.
