2 pork knuckles
Make an incision
Rub well with salt
rosemary
Remove for the night
2 onions
5-6 cloves of garlic
Fry until golden brown on all sides
Fry for 2-3 minutes over medium heat

1 kg white cabbage

Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes
Turn and bake for another 20-30 minutes at 220 °C.
Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes at 230°C.
