Forget dry, dense fruitcakes of the past! This recipe is all about moist, bursting flavors and fluffy Christmas cheer. We're packing in juicy golden raisins, tart cranberries, sweet apricots, and a festive kick with ginger candies. Plus, it's surprisingly simple to make with everyday ingredients! Feel free to use your own choice of dried fruit and nuts.

Note: Cake Pan size L X W X H = 9 inch x 5 inch X 2.5 inch
Baking temperature: 325 F or 165 C

Ingredients:
Mixed dried fruits:
- Golden raisin : 1/4 cup
- Dried apricots : 1/4 cup
- Dried cranberries : 1/4 cup
- Dried ginger candies : 1/4 cup


Dry ingredients:
- Flour : 200 grams or 1 and 2/3 cups
- Baking powder:  1 tsp
- Sugar : 150 grams or 3/4 cups


Wet ingredients:
- Eggs : 3
- Butter : 150 grams or 1 + 1/2 stick of butte
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp (optional)
- Milk: 1/4 cup
