Buff Dudes - The Animated Series
SCRIPT:
Sluggish, worm like human beings stare at retro monitors as they suckle off a teet ejecting a chunky goo containing massive amounts of calories. On the opposite end of the spectrum, orange spray tanned super-freaks seek the perfect physique, injecting anything and everything in order to achieve that ideal.
VOICEOVER:
A blunt hammer of misinformation has smashed this city in two, creating two equally extreme sides of the same rotten egg: Lethargic citizens in a zombie-like trance who take comfort in the over consumption of the genetic waste they call food and the extremists who’ve used the perversion of science to modify their bodies for an always out of reach aesthetic ideal.
A small grouping of massive skyscrapers oversee the burnt out city. On the top of the highest skyscraper a murderers row of fast food icons watch the citizens of L.A. fight amongst themselves and smile.
Overseeing it all is the corporation who feeds the public misinformation and unattainable dreams in order to keep them all under their ever watchful eye.
Various gangs fight for territory as the fast food icons watch gleefully.
Roaming the streets are the various gangs the corporation purposefully pits against one another in order to keep themselves out of the spotlight and free from criticism.
The B.U.F.F. Dudes fight a war on the street using barbells and other fitness equipment.
Enter the B.U.F.F. Dudes.
A small faction part of the war on the streets, the B.U.F.F. Dudes fight to Better Understand Food & Fitness. And they’re losing.
In a jacked-up Van with “B.U.F.F. Dudes” emblazoned on the side, the B.U.F.F. Dudes time travel to the past.
With their backs against the wall and the battle cry “Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned” ringing through their minds they send two of their own to the past in order to change the future.
Hudson & Brandon, two battle worn B.U.F.F. Dude brothers, travel back in time to start a revolution. Unable to let others know what the future holds for fear of being labeled as lunatics they start a YouTube channel in order to help others Better Understand Food & Fitness and destroy a dystopian future they once called home.

Now their numbers are growing but the war has just begun. As they build their Guns, Shields, Abs n’ Wheels the enemy waits just beyond the French Fry colored horizon; eager to dip them head first in their vats of high-fructose corn syrup and stamp them in their gelatin molds so that they’’ll become a chubby footsoldier in their oversized (and overweight) army.

The line has been drawn and the battle cry Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned rings throughout the streets once again.
