This is what it's like to "crash" when you have a chronic illness with exhaustion like ME. Crashing happens after doing activity. It is technically known as "Post Exertional Malaise" which can be described as "a delayed and significant exacerbation of ME/CFS symptoms that always follows physical activity and often follows cognitive activity".
