This is an awesome meal
This is an awesome meal that takes only about 10 minutes to prepare. It's popular in Hong Kong's tea restaueants. Many people add a raw egg or egg yolk on the minced beef. I prefer a poached egg. As usual I made my poached egg in a microwave oven.
準備這份飯，只要十分鐘左右時間，真是簡便，一開始看到免治兩字還不太懂，查了一下才知道是絞肉minced英文發音直接翻過來，恍然大悟。
FULL RECIPE
Minced beef:
1. Stir fry 300g minced beef and half an onion chopped.
2. Season with:
2 to 3 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of rice wine (optional)
(Salt & pepper to taste, if necessary)
3. Add green peas.
4. Add 1 to 2 cups of water. Add more if you like it saucy.
5. Mix corn or potato starch with water. Add it in to thicken the gravy.
6. Sesame oil before serving.
7. Place cooked mince and peas on steamed rice.
Microwave poached egg:
1. Add hot water in a bowl.
2. Crack open one egg into water.
3. Microwave for 45 to 60 seconds, depending on your oven.
4. Place the egg on minced beef.
