Ingredients:-
Mutton
Sour Curd
Ginger Paste
Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Cumin Powder
Coriander Powder
Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Bay Leaves
Ghee
Potatoes
Garam Masala (Whole)
Garma Masala Powder
Procedures:-
First marinate the mutton with sour curd, ginger paste and some salt. Heat ghee in a pan and golden fry the potatoes. Keep the fried potatoes in a plate and in same ghee temper with some whole garam masala and bay leaves. When the smell starts to come out, add the ginger paste. When it starts to turn brown, add the marinated mutton and cook for some times. Now make a mixture with all the masalas and add the mixture in the mutton. Stir well and cook it on a slow flame. Add salt and sugar as per taste. Cook it until it changes colour. Spread some ghee on top. Serve hot with hot steamed rice.
