[Apple jam]
・ 2 apples (Jonathan) (280g)
・ Granulated sugar 56g
・ Unsalted butter appropriate amount
・ Appropriate amount of cinnamon

[Apple slice]
・ 3 apples (Jonathan)

[Syrup]
・ Water 500g
・ Granulated sugar 50g
・ 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice

[Finishing]
・ Appropriate amount of melted unsalted butter

[Baking]
1. Preheat to 374 °F
2. Bake at 338 °F for 30 minutes
