In this tutorial, I am showing you a method I use to select region of interests (ROIs) from large data sets.
For example, if you need to perform a process on part of your data, you may not be able to do so on the whole set of data (i.e. find absolute extremum of different runs within a same data set).
The code can be run from MATLAB or Octave as it mainly use a native function, ginput.
