In this demo, I am showing you the result of my micro-strain measurement code.
To calculate major and minor axises of each grain of a deformed microstructure, instead of manual measurements, I have developed my own codes using MATLAB Image Analysis toolbox so that it detects the grain boundaries and extract their information. One of the useful outcome is to compare the amount of deformation (strain) in each grain as compared to forming limit curve of my material.
