4 Years of Groin Pain Caused by GLUE in Ryan's Thigh!!

Ryan is a 37 year
Ryan is a 37 year old male who came into our office at Barefoot Rehab in Denville, NJ, with a complaint of groin, low back, and anterior hip pain since 2020 (4 years ago). He noticed his right groin would seize when he tried to bring his thighs together.
Since Ryan drives a couple hours each way to see us, we do double treatments on him because he can handle it. What you see here is the 4th treatment we did. He reported that he's 90% better in his low back and 50% better in his right groin through this visit.
When we kept testing the kneeling hip extension test (which is also the bottom of a lunge), he kept pointing to this groin spot. Dr. Chris hadn't sufficiently felt this area prior to this visit. You can see that he spends a lot of time feeling the area, differentiating the tissues, and figuring out which movement causes it to pull the fastest (KEY for removing the adhesion).
In the video, he gets the anatomy app to show that the adhesion was between the anterior side of gracilis and adductor magnus (which is why it lengthened with hip extension).
