Ragi Roti aka Nachni Roti
Ragi Roti aka Nachni Roti are healthy and nutritious gluten-free flatbreads made with finger millet flour. These are a popular staple from the Karnataka cuisine and are eaten with a side of chutney or curry. Mosly made for breakfast, can be made for dinner as well. This is a very health recipe. Ragi is rich in calcium and is good for strong bones, moreover it aids weight loss and good for diabetes people.
Ingredients: 1 cup ragi flour, 2 tbsp cooked rice, 1 onion finely chopped, Salt, 1 tsp jeera, 2-3 tbsp drumstick leaves, 1/2 beetroot, half coconut grated, 2 pieces of ginger, 3 green chillies, Oil.
