Crow pose, also known as Bakasana in yoga, is a challenging arm balance that requires strength, balance, and concentration. Practicing crow pose helps strengthen the arms, wrists, and core muscles while improving balance and focus. Additionally, mastering crow pose can instill a sense of accomplishment and boost confidence in your yoga practice.

During this video I share my favorite tips and tricks to make Crow Pose fun and accessible.
