Ingredients:

12 large eggs  to 65 gr
420 g of sugar
16-20 g vanilla sugar
30 g of corn starch
360 g of wheat flour

the biscuit in this form will rise to a height of 8-9 cm
Bake in the oven at an average level without convection top bottom mode
1 hour 10 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius.

Ingredients:
for a round shape with a diameter of 24 cm
10 large eggs  to 65 g
350 g of sugar
12-16 g vanilla sugar
25 g of corn starch
300 g of wheat flour

the biscuit in this form will rise to a height of 8-9 cm
Bake in the oven at an average level without convection top bottom mode
50-60 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius.

180 g of wheat flour

40 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius.

for a round shape with a diameter of 18 cm
4 large eggs  to 65 gr
140 g of sugar
6 g vanilla sugar
10 g of corn starch
120 g of wheat flour

the biscuit in this form will rise to a height of 8-9 cm
Bake in the oven at an average level without convection top bottom mode
30-40 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius.


IF YOU have a split FORM with a bottom of 24 cm and a HEIGHT of 6-7 cm, take a recipe for 2 eggs less. I.e. not for 10 eggs, but for 8 eggs
