SCHEZWAN DOSA RECIPE:

Ingredients:
- Dosa Batter
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2-3 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney

Method:
Step 1: Heat the pan by sprinkling oil.
Step 2: Spread the dosa batter
Step 3: Spread butter and Ching's Schezwan Chutney equally all over the dosa.
Step 4: Cook until the dosa turns brown and crisp.
Your yum-yum Schezwan Dosa is ready!!

SCHEZWAN IDLI RECIPE:

Ingredients
- 5 plain idli (leftover idlis work the best)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 slit green chilli
- 2-3 tbsp chopped onions
- 3 tbsp chopped capsicum
- 4 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney
-  salt to taste

Method:
Step 1: Cut the idlis into medium size cubes and deep fry them in a pan.
Step 2: In a pan, heat oil and add garlic, green chilli and saute well.
Step 3: Now add chopped onions, capsicum and saute on high flame.
Step 4: Add Ching's Schezwan Chutney and idli pieces and mix well for a minute till the chutney is soaked in well.
Your Schezwan Idli is ready to eat. Serve Hot!

SCHEZWAN  UTTAPAM RECIPE:

Ingredients:
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/5 chopped capsicum
- 1 chopped tomato
- few curry leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 inch finely chopped ginger
- 4 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney
- Dosa batter
- Oil

Method:
Step 1: Heat a pan and sprinkle some oil
Step 2:Spread small portion of the dosa batter on the pan to make uttapam.
Step 3: Add chopped onion on 1, tomato on the other one and coriander leaves on the 3rd uttapam.
Step: Spread Ching's Schezwan chutney to each uttapam evenly.
Step 4: Cook until the uttapam turns little brown and crispy.

Your Schezwan Uttapam is ready to eat
