INGREDIENTS:
1. Cooked Rice: 2 Cups
2. Cut Vegetables (Carrots, Cabbage, French Beans, Capsicum, Spring Onion): 1 Cups
3. Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala: 1 Pkt (20 gm)
4. Oil: 4 tbsp
5. Garlic, Finely Chopped: 2 to 4 Cloves
6. Ginger, Finely Chopped: 1 to 2 Inches
7. Eggs: 2 No (at room temperature)
8. Ching's Secret Chilli Vinegar: ½ tsp
9. Ching's Secret Dark Soy Sauce: ½ tsp
10. Ching's Secret Red Chilli Sauce: ½ tbsp
11. Salt: No Need to Add
COOKING INSTRUCTION:
00:00 Introduction
0:04 Place a wok or pan on the heat, heat the oil. Then add garlic, ginger and sauté them on a medium heat for a few seconds, till aromatic.
00:09 Add the cut vegetables, sauté on a high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until the vegetables get slightly cooked, but retain their crunch.
00:22 Add the eggs next and sauté for another 1 minute until they get scrambled.
00:35 Add the dark soya sauce, vinegar and red chilli sauce. Sauté this for 2 minutes
00:53 Add the cooked rice. Finally, sprinkle Ching’s Secret Schezwan Fried Rice Masala. Toss together for 3-4 minutes with the heat on medium, so the rice is well mixed with the masala and seasoned evenly.
1:19 Garnish with spring onion.
