Raspberry Pavlova Recipe

With our egg whites that we saved from my vanilla custard recipe this week we're going to make a Raspberry Pavloa. It's delicious and nice and light.

Recipe:

4 Medium Egg Whites
250g Caster Sugar
1tsp White Wine Vinegar
1tsp Corn Flour
1tsp Vanilla Extract

For the Filling:

A Punnet of Raspberries
2250g Berries
1 1/2 Tbsp Icing Sugar
350g Double Cream
