Join me for a 30 minute LOWER BODY WORKOUT to sculpt your legs and glutes. We'll be using dumbbells for some of the exercises, and body weight only for others. Today I'll be using a set of 15LB dumbbells, so don't be afraid to grab your heavier set for this routine. I've included a quick warm up and cool down as well.
