Ingredients: 500g of earthen bellflower root
          chili powder
          rice syrup
          coarse salt
          fine salt
          vinegar
Seasoning: 2 teaspoons salt
          2.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder
          2 tablespoons of vinegar
          4 tablespoons grain syrup
Add red pepper powder and salt as you season.
1. Wash the bellflower root lightly by rubbing it once under running water.
2. Put bellflower root in a large bowl, pour half of water in, and prepare bellflower root.
3. Cut out the head of the bellflower and gently scrape the skin of the bellflower.
    Peel it horizontally.
4. Separate the side branches, rub them together, wash them, drain them, and store them in the freezer.
    It's great to use when making samgyetang or cold tea.
5. Cut the balloon flower into short, thick pieces.
6. Add coarse salt and a cup of water, gently massage, and rinse 3 times.
7. Drain for about 30 minutes, then add the seasoning and mix until the seasoning is well absorbed.
It is neat not to add green onion, garlic, sesame, and sesame oil (this is personal preference^^)*
