Business analysts often need to work on complex analyses that have a lot of pitfalls. In this video I share a number of project management tips to help you stay on track and deliver outstanding work.
The example I cover in my video is a retention analyses sent to me by the CEO. I share the questions I'd ask the CEO, the technical details of the analyses etc. I cover the concept of an action plan, why constant communication is important, and why you should share frequent updates.
