Brötchen Mozzarella - Cheese Bread
Sponge:
7g (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
250ml warm water (1 cup = 250 ml)
125g all-purpose flour or bread flour (1 cup = 125 grams)
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour (total of flour for the dough is 375g or 3 cups)
1 tsp salt
Fresh mozzarella cheese 125g (1 ball/package)
Water for the oven + to spray the dough
Preheat oven to 250°C
Baking temp: 230°C
Baking time: 20 minutes
This bread is crusty outside, and soft and cheesy inside.

7g (2¼ sdt) ragi kering aktif
250ml air hangat
125g tepung serbaguna atau tepung roti
250 gr tepung serbaguna (Total tepung untuk adonan adalah 375g)
1 sdt garam
Keju mozzarella segar 125g
Air untuk oven + untuk semprot adonan
Panaskan oven 250 derajat celcius
Suhu pemanggangan: 230 ° C
Waktu memanggang: 20 menit
Roti ini garing di luar, lembut dan cheesy di dalam.
