Sicilian Style BRACIOLE

This recipe was given to my mother, Rose Alba, from her mother in law, Rosalia Santamaria Alba who was born in Sicily, Italy.    It is a braciole made with lean meat, genoa salami, provolone cheese, and hard boiled eggs.    Bon Appetite.     The braciole is delicious.
