This little activity is effective, fun and easy to set up. It's a great way to work on pencil grasp as well as supporting their bi-lateral integration (using both hands together) and Scissor Skills.
It's also very simple to grade depending on your child's age and ability level.
When using push pins do be sure you are providing appropriate supervision. I would not recommend using push pins with very young children or any child who has a tendency to mouth non-food items.
