This is a great way to help your little people deal with some pretty big feelings. It requires very little set up and works great in both teletherapy and in-person treatment.  

Remember to emphasise the physical sensations and label what the young person is feeling, also make the experience personal by asking about the specific things that make them feel angry, tense or annoyed. The key is to keep the activity playful but still address some real world frustrations.

You can also grade the language for example talk about those big "red" feelings, or talk things that make you feel mad or hot in their tummy (all of those have been examples from my own practice).
