RECIPE:
Chicken Tenders
Prep Time 30 minutes
Time to marinate 3 hours
Cook Time 12 minutes in total time depends on the amount of chicken cooked
Makes: 10 chicken tenders
Ingredients:
10 small pieces of chicken breast
1 Tbsp Cajun dry rub seasoning
1 tablespoon paprika rub seasoning
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp green seasonings
1 Tbsp chicken seasonings
¼ cup milk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Oil for frying 6 cups
Breadcrumbs coating
½ cup cornstarch
1/2 Cup plain flour
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 Tbsp dry Paprika rub seasoning
1 Tbsp Cajun dry rub seasoning
1 Tsp salt
Instructions:
Measure and prepare all the ingredients first.
Make the buttermilk marinade:
Add all the ingredients in a bowl
Mix to combine (set aside)
Prepare the chicken
by flattening it evenly, then soak them in some lemon water
Let it sit for 5 minutes
Discard the water drain well.
Rub the buttermilk marinade on the chicken to coat evenly, cover with a lid. Allow it to  marinate for 3 hours stored in the fridge.
When ready to cook
Add a beaten egg
to the marinated chicken
Mix to coat evenly set aside
For the Breading:
Mix together the ingredients in a  dish (set aside
Coat each piece of chicken in the breading evenly
Heat a thick bottom pot
Over a medium high heat
While coating the chicken with the breading
When the oil has heated.
Place four pieces of chicken one at a time
Fry to cook for two minutes on both sides
Or until the chicken has fully cooked
Continue until all the chicken has finished
Cool on a cooling rack or on some paper towels, serve warm and enjoy!
Notes:
Make the seasonings a day in advance
You can cut large chicken breasts into the size you prefer.
Cooking time may vary depending on the size of chicken chosen.

¼ Cup Cayenne pepper
¼ Cup Paprika powder
3 Tbsp. Onion powder
3 Tbsp. Garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Salt
3 Tbsp. dried Oregano
1 Tbsp. Thyme leaves
1 Tsp. Cornstarch
2 Tsp. Crack black pepper
Add all the ingredients in a bowl mix to combine
Place it in an airtight jar store in the pantry use within a month

½ Cup Paprika powder
2 Tbsp. Onion powder
2 Tbsp. Garlic powder
1 Tsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Dry thyme
2 Tsp. dried  oregano
2 Tsp. Dried basil
2 Tsp. Black pepper
1 Tbsp. Salt
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and
Mix to combine
Place it in sterilized jar store in the pantry use within a month

½  diced chopped Green onions
½ Cup diced chopped Parsley
¼ Cup diced Onion
¼ Cup diced Garlic
¼ Cup diced fresh Thyme
1 Tbsp Salt
⅓ cup Water
Wash and prepare all ingredients
Cut the aromatics into small pieces, place all the ingredients in a small blender, blend to reach a semi smooth consistency
Place it in a sterilized jar stored in the fridge.
Use within one week.
