Smoke leak test the purge valve first, then smoke leak test the whole evap system. If no leak then replace the leak detection pump.
2011 Jeep Wrangler 3.8L leak detection pump. I did a smoke check in the evap system and smoke leak check on the purge valve, turns out system has no leak. It's the pump that goes bad.
