POTATO PARMIGIANA INGREDIENTS
• 800 g of boiled potatoes
• 100 g of Prague cooked ham
• 200 g of sweet provolone cut into thin slices
• 60 g of Parmesan cheese
• Sprigs of rosemary
• A couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• Pepper
Bechamel revisited with oil:
400 ml of milk, 40 ml, 20 g flour, salt
