Recipe: Bean curd with Palm sugar. [Kembang Tahu Gula Merah 1 Resep 2 Macam].
Ingredients:
200ml Soy Milk
200gr of Palm sugar.
Ginger.
1 tablespoon of Sago Flour.
1 Glass Jelly Powder.
Steps:
Cook the soy milk until boiling, then wait until the layer of the milk became drying, turn off the stoves (make sure there is no bubble or pulp inside the milk pot / boiling pot).
Wait until the milk became layer (sheet) of bean curd became thickening (not too thin).
Then take out the bean curd and hang it to a cloth line (or any rope).
Repeat the bean curd making step until you have as much as needed.
Now add 100ml of water into an empty bowl then mix it with Glass Jelly Powder, then mix it into the soy milk. Stir it until well blended.
Wait until boiling, then add in the Sago Flour mixed with water, stir it until well blended, then add in ¼ teaspoon of salt. Stir it.
Then take out the Soy Milk to the Bowl and wait until cooling down.
Now mix the palm sugar with some water into the boiling pot then add some ginger.
Now the soy milk (that has been mixed with the Glass Jelly powder and the sago flour) is cool down and become a jelly. Then pour in the cooked sugar into the soy milk jelly.
