Things start to change as we get older and our bodies lose approximately 1% of lean muscle each passing year after 40. We also lose our flexibility and mobility over time, which makes exercise and stretching all that much more important.

None of us want to be immobile, in constant pain, or hunched over from bad posture when we're older. I, like you, want to experience my senior years (a long way off) feeling great and without injury or sickness.
