BASE training is a type of training that is used to improve your performance in all 3 disciplines of a triathlon: swimming, biking and running. BASE training helps improve your overall endurance, flexibility, and strength. So if you're looking to improve your triathlon performance, make sure to incorporate BASE training into your training regimen!
