Learn how to do the perfect box jumps from the most trusted name in fitness, the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Steps for Doing Box Jumps:

- Stand in front of a box with your feet straight and shoulder-width apart.
- Lift the chest and tuck the chin.
- Draw in the belly button and squeeze the butt muscles.
- Bend the hips and knees while moving your arms back in a semi-squat position.
- Extend your hips and knees while bringing your arms up and jump and land on the box with both feet.
- Hold the landing.
- Step off of the box.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
