For this cake I use the fallowing:

Moist chocolate cake:
MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE/ OVEN BAKED vs. ...

I bake 2 batches of my  Moist chocolate cake, this time I baked them in 4x 2 baking pans. I produce 6pcs of the cake, the 2 remaining was stored in the freezer.

DARK CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
300grm chopped dark chocolate
150grm hot whipping cream
black gel food color ( I used wilton)

WHITE CHOCOLATE DRIP:
60grm chopped white chocolate
(I used compound)
20grm whipping cream

I used the microwave method with the white ganche. Let it cool a bit before applying to the cold cake...

NOTE: I did'nt put any dowell on the cake cause the cake stays only here in the house. The finished cake was very sturdy though.

I'm just a self taught baker still improving my skills.
