Optoma HD27 DLP Projector Repair / No lamp ignition

This HD27 was sent in by a customer from my day job who was unable to get the lamp to light.  Optoma wanted $198 just to put it on a bench plus the repair.  I found that piece of the OEM lamp glass had chipped off under a mounting tab and gotten stuck in the lamp fan.  Removal of that glass bit allowed the fan to run again and which allowed the lamp to light.
