Japji Sahib English Explanation Katha of 1st Pauri

As per requests made, the SIKHI in English series will start by going through the entire Jap Ji Sahib, the very first Bani in Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
This video starts with looking at the Slok of Aad Sach, Jugad Sach, Hai Bhi Sach, Nanak Hosi Bhi Sach.
Then we look at the first pauri of Sri Jap Ji Sahib. "Sochae Soch na Hovei..." We examine the modern relevance of each of the four ways that Guru Nanak Sahib writes do not work in making us Sach, ie full of truth and purity. We then examine the answer of "Hukam Rajaee Chalnaa, Nanak Likhia Naal". This is really the starting thesis of Jap Ji Sahib, a quest to understand Guru's Hukam and Vaheguru's Hukam.
We then go through the 9th Pauri of Anand Sahib, seeing the Hukam to give ourselves to Guru and sing Gurbani. We talk of the importance of kirtan and Gurbani as a path to merging into the Truth, the true creator. We also sing some beautiful kirtan by Southall's own youth.
