This iRVision How-To video explains how to properly set the Part Z Height field with-in an iRVision vision process. Proper setting of the Part Z Height is key to getting accurate positional information from an iRVision vision process.
This video also discusses camera calibration, application frame, & offset frame and a firm understanding of all of these concepts is not only critical for properly setting the Part Z Height but also for understanding how iRVision calculates and delivers positional information. Examples of proper settings for the Part Z Height are given for both Fixed Frame Offsets and Tool Offsets.
