When Is Primary Fermentation Complete?

Another batch of Vintner's Best Strawberry wine looked to be done with the vigorous fermenting that happens during the first week or so.  While you can tell by gauging the airlock, a hydrometer is a sure-fire way to know when you can transfer into your secondary fermentation container without overwhelming the airlock and making a mess.
