After reading through various automotive
After reading through various automotive forums it looks like word is finally getting out about AMSOIL's fix for short life of CVT continuously variable transmissions. Locally I wasn't keeping much in inventory until recently with a nice spike in demand. I've had two Nissan drivers mention how satisfied they are to get over 100,000 miles on their CVT after changing fluid. I read about several more in forums dated in the past four years. Our AMSOIL dealer network has passed along even more testimonials so I thought I should share what we are learning.
It's a fluid problem and not a transmission problem. Yet many owners (especially Honda for whatever reason) are worried about warranty or jumping to a non-OEM fluid. One of my customers who recently bought the CVT fluid is an employee at Vern Eide Honda in Sioux Falls who knows how AMSOIL has a greater reach to suppliers than the various firms hired to make a Honda labeled product which nobody knows where it came from. Sounds like he's learning from his own customers.
We keep the CVT fluid in gallons and quarts in both our Omaha and Sioux Falls location but 5-gallon sizes are available.
