INGREDIENTS AND METHOD
Welcome to my channel!
Chocolate Filled Cookies
Egg (1 - medium-large)
Salt (1/8 tsp or a pinch)
Vanilla essence (1 tsp or 5 ml)
Sugar (1/4 cup or 50 g)
Combine well
Oil (1/4 cup or 50 ml)
Combine well
Yoghurt (2 tbsp or 30 g)
Mix well
Cornflour (2 tbsp or 20 g)
Mix until well combined
Baking powder (1/2 tsp or 3 g)
Mix well
Plain Flour (2 cups or 240 g)
Add gradually
Knead until dough is formed
Roll out the dough into rectangle
Prepare Filling
Add...
Chocolate spread [of your choice] (1/2 cup or 150 g)
Desiccated Coconut (2 tbsp or 10 g)
Combine well
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts
Place the filling on each part
Fold the dough and shape cookies
(as shown in video)
Place them on a lined baking tray
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C/325F/Gas mark 3 for 18-20 minutes
Here they are
all nicely baked!
Sprinkle icing sugar (optional)
Scrumptious, Melt In Mouth
Chocolate Filled Cookies
are ready to serve!
