Coriander / Cilantro leaves for garnishing ( cut fine )
Curry Leaves / Karee Pataa ( few leaves cut into pieces )
Gram Flour / Besan - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Red Kashmiri Chilli powder - ¼ tsp
Cumin / Jeera powder - 1/8 tsp
Water - ½ cup / 125 ml
Baking Soda - 1/8 tsp / 1 pinch
Cooking Oil for deep frying
