30 g of instant gelatin
180 g of water

15 pieces (about 200 g) cookies "Oreo" or similar chocolate cookies with a white cream layer inside

Chocolate glaze
100 ml of milk
30 g of sugar
25 g of delicious dark cocoa
30 g of butter
