A pinch of salt.
70g sugar.
10g honey.
30 ml milk.
20g butter.
Bake in a 22cm diameter tin at 170°C for 20 minutes.
50g cocoa. 100 ml boiling water.
20g gelatin.
100 ml boiling water.
500g Greek yogurt.
300 g condensed milk.
200 ml cream 33% fat.
Add gelatin.
Divide into three parts.
10g turmeric.
Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
