Today is a tough one as we focus on building full-body strength and flexibility through a 30-minute FeetUp Vinyasa Flow. If you struggle to keep up then slow it down and take beginner variations until you gain the strength and flexibility needed to do this vinyasa flow with ease. During this FeetUp Yoga Flow we will be inverting more than we did in our last 5 classes, and we will be using poses like chaturanga, plank, high lunge and warrior II to help us get a total body yoga workout.
