Chiang Mai is only cold at the end of the year, but in the summer it will be very very hot!
Today Khoai will lead you to Mongolian villages near Chiang Mai, hidden on Doi SuThep mountain. There are 2 villages above, a village in the middle of the mountain is for tourism, and the village at the mountain peak is still quite untouched. When visiting the summer palace or Wat Phrathat temple, if you have time, remember to run up here to visit. Khoai prefers the village on the top of the mountain because it is cute and less impacted by travel activities. The specialty here is not too many, in the cold season it has strawberries, gooseberry, raw sweet potato (in Vietnam, I rarely see them, called sweet potatoes, many in Lao Cai and Yen Bai, look like sweet potatoes but eat exactly like cassava root, sugarcane, and tuber root.

If you come here, you need to pay attention to the time or stay overnight, or you must head back to the city before 4 pm because the forest is quite empty and it will darken very quickly.
