In this 15 min BODYWEIGHT
In this 15 min BODYWEIGHT ABS Workout | No Repeat | Superset | Follow Along, we will have 12 supersets with 2 exercises right after each other, targeting the abdominals and the core section. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds, and there will be a 20-second rest between each superset.
You can also use this routine as a finisher for your main workout.
