intuitive eating is a skill that is LEARNED📚!
the honest truth is if you let your body choose what it craves, it will just have you reaching for carbs → the body’s preferred energy source.

1 // keep a food journal for 3 days
you need to START with where you are at.
track what you eat in an app like My Fitness Pal or MyMacros and see how many protein, fats, carbs and fiber you eat naturally (intuitively, without trying)
2 // analyze your food journal
check your macros breakdown
