This is a 10 min thigh workout that you can do on the floor! It will help to tone and slimmer your thighs - and you can do all of the exercises lying down! It will also help to get rounder hips and to get rid of saddlebags or hip dips :)

This is what you can expect from this workout:
- 30 sec for the exercises and 10 sec of breaks
- all of the exercises are done lying on the floor (you can even do this in your bed!)
- all of the exercises are knee-friendly (no squats or lunges)
- no talking, so you can just enjoy the music :)
- this is beginner/intermediate level - you can use ankle weights to make this workout more challenging!
