This is a 10 min knee friendly workout to sculpt your OUTER THIGHS and shape your SIDE BOOTY 🤗

All of the exercises are done lying down – but trust me, they still burn 🔥
These exercises are great for reducing HIP DIPS and SADDLEBAGS – and to get that HOURGLASS shape on your hips.⌛

Focus on your mind to muscle connection and reeally squeeze outer thigh/side booty!

This routine is beginner/intermediate level - if you're getting too tired, take all the breaks you need ❤
And if you want to make it more challenging, you can use ankle weights!

This is what you can expect from this workout:
- Only exercises lying down
- No squats or lunges
- All knee friendly exercises
- No equipment needed (but you can add ankle weights)

All you need is a mat or another soft surface!
