[Exercise - Flipping Neck Bridges] 1. Place the top of your head in the middle of a mat or on a folded towel for cushion, and place your hands palms down shoulder width apart near the sides of your head for balance, with the balls of your feet on the ground, in a reverse neck bridge position. 2. Explosively straighten your legs and jump so that your lower body flips all the way over your head as you arch your back to land on the balls of your feet on the other side, while keeping your head stationary at the same point on the floor. You’ll end up in a neck bridge position. 3. Now push off hard with your legs as you arch your back and flip your lower body back over to the other side to reverse neck bridge again. 4. Repeat.
