FIX pen pressure minimum brush threshold Photoshop problem

This was a problem I was having for a while where my brush settings in photoshop were preventing me from being able to draw a stroke with a size of 1 px if the brush was set to a higher size.
I couldn't really find a good articulation of this problem online or a solution, but after tinkering with brush settings I discovered that enabling "texture" mode will "solve" the problem, but might provide other complications depending on the brush you are using, I'm unsure.
