Birria is a dish from Jalisco but loved and made all over Mexico. In fact, we love it so much there is many ways to serve birria. The most popular one is Quesa tacos which has become a sensation and for a GREAT reason, they are DELICIOUS! Today we are bringing to the table birria served in a tostada and topped with wonderful ingredients. Prepare to crave this recipe for the rest of your life.
